Charles "Eddie" McGuire

Mr. Charles "Eddie" McGuire, 75, of Biloxi, died Friday, February 9, 2007 in Biloxi. Mr. McGuire was a longtime resident of the coast and a veteran of the U. S. Marines. He was the former manager of the Biloxi Beach Motor Inn. He also was the past president of the Mississippi Inn Keepers Association and the Mississippi Tourism Association. Mr. McGuire was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Lee McGuire and Ruby Scott Howard; a daughter, Karen Sue Walker and a brother, Robert Eugene McGuire. Mr. McGuire is survived by his wife, Joan Thompson McGuire of Biloxi; two sons, Eddie Wayne McGuire and his wife Kay, and Tracy L. McGuire all of Biloxi; two daughters, Regina F. Grafton of Sapulpa, OK and Shana J. McGuire of Biloxi; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Doris Anderson of Oklahoma, and Mary Lee Hill and Shirley McGuire of Arkansas; and two brothers, Jack L. McGuire and his wife Zella of Westmoreland, TN and Billy Dean Thompson of Soldonta, Alaska. Visitation will be Monday, February 12, 2007 from 5:00 til 8:00pm at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. Mr. McGuire will be sent to Okemah, OK for burial.
