Charles Glenn Fox

Mr. Charles Glenn Fox, 64, a lifelong resident of the Latimer community, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2007 after a long and courgeous battle with Cancer. Glenn was born on January 2, 1943. He was self-employed in the dirt hauling and construction business before going to work for the West Jackson County Road Department in 1990, where he served as a Road Foreman before being promoted to Road Superintendent. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother who will be deeply missed. He enjoyed being around his family, friends and going to Disney World. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Fox, his brothers, John Harold Fox, Alvin Fox, and Rupert "Billy" Fox. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Kim and her husband Lonnie Carroll, Glenn and his wife Vicki Fox, Roxanne and her husband Brantley Broome, Barbara Ann and her husband Steve Bullard, and Johnny Fox; two sisters, Emma Tanner and Mary Ellen and her husband Donnie Hilderband, two brothers, Robert "Roland" Fox , and Lester Fox; his grandchildren, Blake Carroll, Jessica Fox, Brett Bullard, Brandon Bullard, and Shelby Broome; his former Wife and dear friend Gloria Broome; numerous Nieces, Nephews, family, and friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2007 at the First Pentecostal Church of Biloxi located at 1907 Popp's Ferry Road, from 5:00 to 7:00 with a funeral service beginning at 7 P.M. Burial will be at Crestlawn Cemetery on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to all the MICU and 2 west Nurses at the Ocean Springs Hospital who took such great care of our Father and a very special thank you to Dr. Taylor.
