Charles Hensley

Charles Hensley, age 77, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hensley served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a retired construction worker. He will be missed by many people. He was born February 2, 1941 in Washington County Salem, IN to Carter and Virginia George Hensley, who preceded him in death; also one brother, George Hensley; and his grandparents, all of Salem, IN. Left to mourn him is his wife of 56 years, Martha Jones Hensley; one daughter, Gretchen Hensley (Mark) Seay; two grandsons, Justin and Dillan Seay, all of Ocean Springs; one brother, Gale (Pam) Hensley of Portland, IN; two sisters, Elizabeth (Carl) Bean of English, IN and Mary Stephans of Jeffersonville, IN; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. A private burial will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
