Charles Ray Jensen

Charles Ray Jensen, 66 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024.

He was born on July 7, 1958 in Aurora, Colorado. He served in the U.S. Navy. After leaving his military career, he served as a Deputy Sheriff in Portland, OR until his retirement in 2013. After his retirement, he moved to the MS Gulf Coast. He enjoyed sailing and fishing. He became active in St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was always available to help out with anything anyone needed.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Ted Jensen.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Jensen; daughter, Dana (Josh) Allen; son, Robert (Shawna) Jensen; two sisters; two brothers; and grandchildren, Isabelle and Ray Lyn; mother, Maureen Apkin.

A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am on Monday, August 12, 2024 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 10:00am until service time.
