Charles Michael Klein,

Charles Michael Klein, Sr., age 66, died Sunday, December 15, 2013 in Clermont, FL. A longtime resident of the Gulf Coast, Charles was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a former member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1244. He served in the Army Reserve for 30 years and worked at Ingalls for 41 years. Charles is survived by his wife, Jane Park Klein of Biloxi, MS; daughter, Julie (Tommy) Ross of Vancleave, MS; son, Charles (Dabney) “Chuck” Klein, Jr. of Franklin, TN; and 7 grandchildren, Thomas Ross, Jr., Savannah Ross, Samuel Ross, Katya Klein, Nina Klein, Evan Klein, and Ella Klein. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507 or www.cancer.org A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 12:30 p.m., where friends may visit one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
