Charles Robert Kelly, 58, of Gulfport died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 in Gulfport. He was preceded in death by an infant son. He is survived by his wife, Janet and former wife, Gayle; a daughter, Michelle; four step-daughters, Carolyn, Lisa, Tamara, and Shelly; a son, Charles, Jr.; a sister; four brothers; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandson. A graveside service is today, Friday, September 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors. Bradford-O'Keefe, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge.
