Charles Lucien Westbrook

Charles Lucien Westbrook, 69, passed away on December 24th, 2016. Lucien attended Ocean Springs high school and MSU. He loved animals, music, cooking, and fishing the local waters. In his younger years, Lucien attended First Baptist Church of Ocean Springs, where he professed his faith in Jesus Christ as his Savior. Lucien is preceded in death by his parents Charles Adam and Joyce (Beaugez) Westbrook, and his brother, Robert David Westbrook. He is survived by his girlfriend Linda Murphy, his daughter Amberly (Westbrook) Rowland, his son David Lloyd Horman, and his grandchildren Amanda Rose Horman, Bryce Allan Rowland, and Gage Mitchell Rowland. A private graveside service will take place on Saturday, January 14th followed by a public reception at 12pm in the Assembly room at the Villa Maria Retirement Apartments. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Gulf Coast Women's Center for Nonviolence. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
