Charlotte "Dean" Young McCarty

Charlotte "Dean" Young McCarty, 48, of Gulfport died Friday, April 13, 2007 in Biloxi. Mrs. McCarty was born in Gulfport and has been a resident of Evansville, Indiana until four months ago when she moved back home to Gulfport. Mrs. McCarty is preceded in death by her father, Henry D. Young, her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rube Salters, and her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James A. Young. She is survived by her husband Kim W. McCarty Sr. of Evansville, Indiana, three daughters, Tonya R. Toler of Gulfport, Cynthia L. Gore of Bay St. Louis, Vicki A. Hopper of Tennessee, two sons, Steven W. Young of Gulfport, and Kim W. McCarty, Jr. of Evansville, Indiana, her mother, Annie Young of Gulfport, three sisters, Shirley A. Hiott, Shelia L. Fain, Sherry L. Young, all of Gulfport, and a longtime friend, Kenny Pigman of Evansville, Indiana. Services will be graveside Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 1pm at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach.
