Christopher Brian Chizk

Christopher Brian Chizk, 25, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, June 29, 2005 in Gulfport. Christopher was born in Benton, IL and was a longtime resident of Gulfport. He was a graduate Harrison Central High School and worked at Treated Materials. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfathers Hodley Osborne and Abner (Chuck) Chizk, and grandmother Dorothy Eva Chizk. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Libby and Doug White of Gulfport; his father, Max Chizk of Mt. Vernon, IL; his sister and her husband, Misty and Fred Dedon of Perkinston; nephews, Brant, Luke, and Colby Dedon of Perkinston; step-sister, Julie White of Gulfport, grandmother, Gerri Osborne of Mt. Vernon, IL; fiance', Melinda Breland of Lacombe, LA and their daughter Gracie; Aunt Margie and Uncle Jeff Rector of New Smyrna Beach, FL; Aunt Sherry and her husband Gilbert Ramos of Texas; Uncle Don and Aunt Linda Chizk of Gulfport; Aunt Carol and Uncle Roger Chambliss of Mt. Vernon, IL; Aunt Rosemary Chizk of Texas; Aunt Barbara Chizk of Mt. Vernon, IL; Uncle Nick and Aunt Cindy Osborne of Mt. Vernon; Uncle Danny and Aunt Judy Osborne of Mt. Vernon and numerous cousins. Visitation will be Sunday, July 3, 2005 from 6-8:00 PM at Orange Grove Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road. Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
