Claude David Morgan, age 77,of D'Iberville, MS, died Friday, June 17, 2005 at Biloxi Regional Hospital after a long-term illness.
Born in Daytona Beach, Florida on May 21, 1928; Mr. Morgan relocated to the Gulf Coast in 1960. He was a war veteran serving our great Country from 1951-1964, during the Korean War and Vietnam War. After discharging from the military, Mr. Morgan owned a local entertainment establishment for a number of years. He then contributed to the seafood industry, where his avid interest in and dedication to fishing flourished.
Mr. Morgan is survived by four siblings : Joyce, Ray, Carl and Don Morgan. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his children: Debbie Kopszywa, Claude David Jr. (Duke), Ronnie and Keith Morgan. Mr. Morgan sadly leaves behind 8 grandchildren: Tisha Underwood, Damien Kopszywa, Ronya, Cassandra, Justin, Maureen, Michael and Morgan and Shannon Hall. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Bradford-O'keefe Funeral Home, 2517 Pass Road, Biloxi on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at 12:00 p.m., where friends may call 1 hour Prior .Burial services will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
