Col. Noel Joseph Cipriano, US Army Ret.

Col. (Ret.) Noel Joseph Cipriano, 89, of Biloxi, MS died on June 29, 2009. Mr. Cipriano was born in New Orleans, LA. He was a U.S. Army career J.A.G. He served in China/Burma/India Theater, Vietnam, Asia and Alaska. He also served in the New York Guard, State J.A.G. Mr. Cipriano was a Ret. Brig. General who served his country with honor and pride. Mr. Cipriano is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Catherine Cipriano. He is survived by his wife, Diane; step-daughters, Jodi Savoie and Nicole Emmons; brother, Xavier Cipriano. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Disabled American Veterans. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, West Biloxi. Friends may visit from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
