Cosimo "Gus" C. Liberto

Cosimo "Gus" C. Liberto, 70, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, August 3, 2005 in Biloxi. Mr. Liberto was born in York, PA and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for 31 years. He was retired from the U. S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Liberto was preceded in death by his son, Robert E. Liberto; and two grandsons, Bryan E. Barron and Daniel Liberto. He is survived by his wife, Mabelyn S. Liberto of Gulfport; three daughters, Sylvia A. Cates of Gulfport, Cynthia Barron of Yakima, WA, and Sandra Fulton of Augusta, GA; a son, Tracey Liberto of Gulfport; a sister, Rose Marie Williams of York, PA; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, August 4, 2005 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. The graveside service will be Friday August 5, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi.
