Crayton John Cuevas, 79, of Saucier died Thursday, December 1, 2005 in Saucier. He was born June 6, 1926 in Kiln, MS. Mr. Cuevas was employed by Litton Industries at Ingalls Shipyard as a sheet metal mechanic for 25 years. He was a member of Saucier Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Dayse Cuevas and his mother, Emma Hoda; a sister, Velma Bagneschi; and three brothers, Claiborne Cuevas, Clenith Cuevas, and Clayton Cuevas. Mr. Cuevas is survived by his wife, Sarah Butler Cuevas of Saucier; six daughters, Susan Bond of Thibodeaux, LA, Janet Bosarge, Kathy Lee, Barbara Waller, Shirlene Taylor and Gladys Duncan, all of Saucier; two sons, Terry Cuevas and Eugene Cuevas, both of Perkinston; 27 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The visitation will be Friday evening December 2, 2005 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be Saturday, December 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Saucier Holiness Church where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the service. Brother Edwin "Scooter" Duncan and Brother Stephen Steiner are officiating. Interment will follow at Rouse Cemetery in Saucier.
