Curtis Toche, Sr.

Mr. Curtis Anthony Toche, Sr., 75, of Biloxi, MS, died Sunday, December 3, 2006, at his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Toche was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and a retired superintendent with Santa Fe Drilling Corporation. Mr. Toche was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Wesley Toche, Sr. and Anita Sonnier Toche, brothers, John Wallace Toche, Sr. and Joseph Eugene Toche, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Clara and Rupert Strong. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Phyllis Strong Toche; children, Curtis "Bo" Toche, Jr. and his wife, Tricia, Paulette Baudry and her husband, Paul, Perry Toche, Sr. and his wife, Beverly, Donna Neel and her husband, Buck, Gayle Gray and her husband, Pat, Danny Toche, Sr. and his wife, Julie; Terri Toche and her husband, Kenny Hollomon; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; brother, Joseph Wesley Toche, Jr.; sisters, Anita Ferrill and Ruby Buchanan and her husband, Danny, and numerous nieces and nephews, all of Biloxi, and his sister-in-law, Shirley Toche, of Ocean Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements. The family suggests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Attn: Memorial/Honor Program FH, One St. Jude Place Building, Memphis, TN 38148-0551.
