Dan Robert Bettencourt

Dan Robert Bettencourt, Jr., age 27, died Monday, September 7, 2015. Dan was a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast and was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed working out and riding in Mardi Gras parades. Dan is survived by his daughters, Londan and Calligh Bettencourt of Ocean Springs; son, Collin Robert Bettencourt of Ocean Springs; sisters, Dawn Marie Bearden and Misty Bearden of Ocean Springs and Tara Lynn Alexie of New Orleans; mother, Martha Bettencourt of D’Iberville; father, Dan Robert Bettencourt, Sr. of New Orleans; and his maw-maw, Laura Melton of Biloxi. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
