Daniel Hurley

Mr. Daniel M. Hurley, age 67, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Saturday, March 25, 2006, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Hurley has lived in the community since October of 1994. He served in the US Navy for 20 years and retired in January of 1977, serving two years in Vietnam. He worked as a salesman, recently working as a school crossing guard and was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church of Ocean Springs, MS. Dan was a friend of Bill W. for 24 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel M. and Emma Frances Hurley and a sister, Delores Farrell. Survivors include his wife, Hedy L. Hurley of Ocean Springs, MS., two sons, James E. (Rachel) Dean and Michael A. (Ginger) Hurley, and granddaughters, Tabetha, Bethany and McKenzie. On Tuesday, March 28, 2006, there will be a 2 PM memorial service at Wesley United Methodist Church in Ocean Springs. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
