Daniel Silva Infante

Daniel Silva Infante, 61, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in Ocean Springs, MS.

He was born on September 10, 1963, to Benancia Silva Infante and Daniel G. Infante. He graduated from Fresno State and was a Professional Musician. Danny has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry including Wayne Newton, Celine Dion, The Four Tops, The Coasters and countless others. He has also performed with so many musical giants such as Count Basie, Dizzy Gilespie, Stan Getz, Doc Severinsen with the Tonight Show Band, Manhatton Transfer, Mike Vax, Joe Henderson, Joe Pass, Dave Brubeck, Natalie Cole, and The Pointer Sisters. More recently he toured with jazz legend Ronnie Cole, Blues musician and actor, Chris Thomas King, Vince Vance and the Valiants and several local bands. He also played and traveled with the Ringling Brothers Circus, Ice Capades, Broadway Road Shows including Cats, Sound of Music, Gigi, and West Side Story. He performed on Cruise Ships for 4 years. Danny’s musical career has taken him to Japan, Europe, Canada, South America, the Netherlands and 49 of the 50 United States. He has appeared on the most prestigious stages in Las Vegas including Bally's, MGM, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Stardust and Aladdin's.

Daniel was preceded in death by his mother, Benancia (Nancy) Infante; brother, Adan Infante; Maternal Grandparents, Angela (Angie) and Felipe Silva; and Paternal Grandparents, Augustine and Estefana Infante.

He is survived by his spouse, Cheryl Ludlow Infante; father, Daniel Infante; sister, Cecilia (CeeCee) Infante, children, Ryan Fayard (Christina), Joel Fayard (Kerri), Angela McGrury (Matt), and grandchildren, William Fayard, Kelsey McGrury, Mike McGrury, Millie McGrury, Zachary Fayard, Kyle Fayard, Aria Lapasinski.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, March 10, 2025, at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, MS. Friends may visit one hour prior.
