Danny Marcus McFarland

Danny Marcus “Danny Boy” McFarland, 64 of Gautier, MS passed away on June 20, 2022 in Gulfport, MS.

He was born on June 4, 1958 in Pineville, LA to Denny Marcus McFarland and Peggy Joyce Pierce. He was employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, playing piano and guitar, singing, writing music, and playing drums.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Denny Marcus McFarland and Peggy J. Pierce; brothers, Michael Wayne McFarland, Robert McFarland, and Gary Douglas McFarland; and nephew, Braydon Hester.

He is survived by his step father, Terry Pierce; children, Chasity Star Wheeler, Krista McFarland Cozby, and Beth Ann McFarland; nine grandchildren; siblings, Terry Lynn McFarland Tapper, Joseph Albert McFarland, and Lisa Michelle McFarland Husley; nieces and nephews, Morgan Elizabeth Husley, Alex Brabston, Josiah McFarland, Zachariah McFarland, Kevin Malone, Kyle McFarland, and Jolena McFarland.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chase Pierce, Cody Pierce, Dalton Rice, Todd Pierce, and Jake Husley.
