Danny J. Williams, Sr.

Danny J. Williams, Sr., 75, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home in Biloxi.

Mr. Williams was born on October 9, 1947 in Booneville, MS and raised in Biloxi, MS. He graduated from Biloxi High School in 1965, attended MGCCC for two years and graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 1970. Mr. Williams owned Wren Motor Company for 47 years. He was a member of the Biloxi Elks Lodge #606, where he served as Exalted Ruler from 1983-1989, President of Per Association and District Deputy to the Grand Exalted Ruler.

He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Williams; and his mother and step-father, Doris and Benton Wren.

Mr. Williams’ survivors include his wife of 55 years, Elaine Williams; his children, Danny (Amanda) Williams, Jr. and Dusti (Michael) Henry; his grandchildren, Lacee (David) Wetzel, Moriah Henry, Noah Williams, Brady Williams and Danny Williams, III; his great-grandchildren, David J. Wetzel and Honey Rose Henry; and his little Chihuahua, Lola.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi Mausoleum Cemetery, 1128 Robertson Street, Biloxi, MS.
