Darryl F. Brown, 71, of Biloxi, MS was called home by the Lord on Friday, February 23, 2018.
Darryl was born January 7, 1947 in Mt. Hope, KS, living in Guin, AL and then in Biloxi for the past 50 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from AT&T after 40 years of service. His hobbies included tinkering in his garages, fixing absolutely everything that was broke, and antique cars, especially his ’64 Ford Galaxy that he bought from his dad that now looks brand new. Of course, he also had a never ending honey do list keeping him busy. He loved deeply his wife, their children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren - watching Nascar, riding the kids around their acreage on the UTV, eating popcorn and chips as well as feeding the turkey, birds, fish and deer in the back yard. The most precious memories came every Thanksgiving week at the beach with all the grandchildren. He was always helping others and taking care of projects with his very close friends who were like brothers to him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Inez and Fred Brown.
Darryl’s survivors include his wife of over 25 years, S. Ann Brown, living in their “log cabin” he built in Woolmarket; his daughters, Lynn (RT) Wade and Missy (Fig) O’Sullivan; his grandchildren, Ashton Wade, Amberlee (Drew) Holmes, Addison Wade, Tres Wade, Michael O’Sullivan and Madalyn O’Sullivan; his great-grandchildren, Hadlee, Hope and Waylon Holmes; his brother, David Brown; and his nieces, Ashley and Amanda.
