Davey Linwood Callahan

Mr. Davey Linwood Callahan, 81, of Biloxi, MS, died Sunday, March 6, 2011, in Biloxi. Mr. Callahan was born in Blenhein, SC and had been a longtime resident of Biloxi. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran with 13 years of service. He loved flying and was active in the Lions Club. He was a retired printer and owned EDCO on Pass Road in Gulfport for 25 years. He was a Baptist. Mr. Callahan was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. and Katie Carter Callahan. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Aminta Callahan of Biloxi; two daughters, Catherine Louise Wilcke of Dennison, Iowa, and Allison Callahan (Randy) Brown of Gulfport; and six grandchildren, Lydia Wilcke, Bethany Wilcke, Steven Brown, Phillip Brown, Connor Brown and Sam Brown. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 12 noon until service time.
