David Doyle Geter

David Doyle Geter, age 67, of Gulfport, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024.

David was born on November 29, 1956 in Warm Springs, GA. He has been a resident of Gulfport since 1978. David was a member of Gulfport Jaycees and MS Beach Cruisers. He retired from the U. S. Navy Seabees in 2001 after over 22 years of service, retiring as an EOCS. He was also a member of Navy Seabee Veterans of America.

David is survived by his wife, Myrna Signoff Geter; son, Benjamin Geter (Jackie); brothers-in-law, Henry Signoff and Gary Signoff (Gay); and his dog, Blackie.

A gathering of family and friends will take place from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the family of David Doyle Geter.
