David John Eistetter

Mr. David John Eistetter, 53, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Thursday, June 28, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Eistetter was born August 14, 1953, in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the coast. He was a 1971 graduate of Biloxi High School and was employed with Ingalls Shipbuilding (Northrop Grumman) 32 years in the Quality Assurance Department as an inspector. "Cap'n Four- Eyes", as he was affectionaly known, was an avid fisherman whose passion in life was fishing on the Gulf waters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Mary Eistetter. Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lynn and Phil Lechner, Sr.; nephews, Phil Lechner, Jr., Jeffrey Lechner and Rusty Lechner, and his niece, Katie Lechner all of Biloxi. He is also survived by his good friend and fishing buddy, Greg "Cookie" Brou. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
