David Lacy Taylor

Mr. David Lacy Taylor, age 51, of Biloxi passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2008 in Biloxi. David was a member of the Gulf Coast community for 20 years. He loved riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles, speed boating down the river and deep sea fishing. He was an avid Florida Gator fan and a fan of Dale Earnhardt & Dale Earnhardt Jr. of NASCAR. David owned and operated ALL-IN-ONE Home Improvements and helped many families rebuild after Katrina. He was blessed with many friends. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, Lacy and Jean Taylor. Survivors include his wife of twelve years, Dixie Taylor; faithful companions, Lizzy, Prissy, Snag, Pete, Sporty and Skweeker the cockatiel; sister, Jan Schwall of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Lloyd Taylor of Gainsville, FL and step-mother, Shirley Stepp of Hawthorne, FL. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2008 in the Biloxi National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to The Humane Society of South Mississippi, 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS, 39501. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
