David Lea Parker

David Lea Parker, age 66, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020. He was born on March 4, 1954 to Leamon and Peggy Scarborough Parker. David was an Ocean Springs boy all his life even though his work in the oilfields as a sales consultant took him all over the world. He always dreamed of coming home to live and was able to have that dream come true. In 2006, he moved back to Ocean Springs and was able to reconnect with old friends and be close to family. David was preceded in death by his father, Leamon; brother, Stephen Parker, and nephew, Lea Mills. He is survived by his two sons, Shawn (Melanie) Parker and Marc (Trish) Parker; four grandchildren, Kali, Hayden, Bryce, and Chase; his mother, Peggy Parker Blanchard, who brought him great comfort; two sisters, Dee Mills and Ileen Dubose; big brother, Tom Parker; and many nephews.
