David Patrick Guice

Mr. David Patrick Guice, age 51, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Monday, August 7, 2006, in Gulfport, MS. David was a deep water welder and later worked for Ingalls Shipbuilding. He played football for the Ocean Springs School System. David was preceded in death by his grandmother. Katie Cox Bauman, who was an heir of the settling families of Pablo Cox from Spain, and grandfather, George Bauman who was from Germany. Survivors include his parents, Helen Bauman Guice and Edgar P. Guice, four sisters and four brothers, all from Ocean Springs, except a brother in Pensacola, FL. They are Victorie Lienhardt, John Guice, Jeannie Lowery, Perry Guice, Kimberly Lowery, Timothy Guice, Keith Guice and Carron Hall. David was loved by all and will be sadly missed. On Monday, August 14, 2006, there will be a 10 AM chapel service at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
