Mrs. Dean Howell, age 72, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Sunday, May 29, 2005, in Pascagoula.
Mrs. Howell was a native of Henderson City, TN., and a coast resident for the past 42 years. She retired from Litton Industries after 25 years of service. She was a volunteer for many years at the Kings Daughters Charity. Mrs. Howell attended First Baptist Church of Ocean Springs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Void and Lucy Haggard, two sons, Charles Lynn Howell and R.C. Howell, a sister, Jeannie Perry, and a brother, Gordon Haggard. Mrs. Howell is survived by her husband, H.F “Dubie” Dubuisson of Ocean Springs, two daughters, Kathy Howell of D’Iberville, and Karen Howell -Lee and daughter-in-law Cheryl Lee, both of Pearl, MS., a son, Reverend Chad Howell and wife, Rhonda, of Long Beach, MS., two sisters, Nancy Shutt of Lexington, TN., and Dianne Ryan of Moravian Falls, N.C., a brother, James Haggard of Lexington, TN., and a grandson, Caden Howell of Long Beach, MS. She will be sadly missed by many other family and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2005, from 5-8 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home. On Wednesday, June
1, 2005, there will be a 10 AM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
