Debbie L. Rivers

Debbie L. Rivers, 51, of Biloxi, MS died on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 in Biloxi. Mrs. Rivers was a resident of the Gulf Coast since 1990. She was a dedicated employee with Waffle House on Reynoir St. in Biloxi. She is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Laughlin. She was a loving wife and mother who leaves behind, her husband, Joe Rivers of Biloxi; daughters, Amber Ivy and Crystal Ivy both of Biloxi; son, Shawn Laughlin of Biloxi; father, Robert Laughlin; sister, Judy Schmultz; brothers, Pat Collins, Steve Collins, Mike Collins all of Indianapolis, IN; five grandchildren, Justin Ivy, Ceiera Ivy, Alexis Ivy, Nevaeh Ivy and Isaiah Ivy. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., where friends may visit two hours before service time.
