Deborah Ann Richard

Ms. Deborah DeSilvey Richard, 57, of bILOXI, MS, died Friday, October 19, 2007, in Jackson, MS at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Ms. Richard was a native and lifelong resident of the coast and of the Catholic faith. She was the beloved mother of Angela Casler, Sherry Jo Barlow, Babette Richard, Monique Betting, and Desiree Richard; sister of Douglas DeSilvey, Michael DeSilvey, Cheryll and Fred Short, and Voncile Ludlow; and the grandmother of Mikhail Davis, Satchel Barlow, Christian Andrews, Spencer Barlow, and Malaya Betting. Graveside services on Thursday, October 25, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Southern Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
