Deborah Phelps

Deborah Dorothy Phelps, Ocean Springs, MS, age 59, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010, at her home after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Deborah was born August 26, 1950, in Putnam, CT to Dorothy and Robert Tefft. She was a homemaker dedicated to her family. She is survived by her loving husband, Theodore Perry Phelps, and her children Kristen Bellisario and Timothy O’Donnell, Indianapolis, IN; Kerrie Bellisario and Thomas Ross, Oyster Bay, NY; Kasey and Shane Carew, Jeremy Phelps and Brian Sutton, Daniel Phelps and Melissa Richards, Amber and Leo St. Augustine, Heather Phelps and Redford Clay, Holly Phelps and Michael Denham of the Biloxi/Ocean Springs area, 15 grandchildren, two brothers, seven sisters, extended family in Mississippi and Alabama, and her former husband Joseph Bellisario and his family in Florida and North Carolina. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, from 2 pm until 3 pm, with a 3 pm service to celebrate her life, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
