Deborah Ann Quigley

Deborah Ann Quigley, born October 13, 1953, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024 in Dallas, TX at the age of 71. 

Deborah, or Debbie as she was known to friends and family, was born and raised in Biloxi, MS. She graduated from Biloxi High School in 1973 and several years later went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Dallas Baptist University. Debbie worked in various accounting positions throughout Dallas for a majority of her career.

Debbie will always be remembered for her sweet disposition and winning smile. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. 

Debbie is survived by her devoted husband, Jim Norris of Dallas; two step-sons, Charles Norris and Thomas Norris; one step-granddaughter, Addison Norris; her mother, Claudette Mihojevich Quigley; five siblings, Keith Quigley (Jimmie), Lori Clements (Robert Martinez), Gregory Quigley (Brenda), Marilyn Farris (Keith) and Laughlin Quigley (Kathryn); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Biloxi, MS. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm with Mass at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Biloxi National Cemetery at 2:30 pm.
