Dee B. Scott

Mr. Dee B. Scott, 77, of Lucedale, MS died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Pascagoula. Mr. Scott was a graduate of Purdue University and had a diverse career with Dupont Heavy Construction, as Executive Secretary with AGC of Ohio and Louisiana finally retiring from Syncor Nuclear Medicine. He was a proud Navy veteran. Mr. Scott was a loving husband and father, a devout Christian, Master Mason and a deacon in the Southern Baptist Church. Mr. Scott is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Lou Scott; daughter, Cynthia Kay Scott; son, Stuart Dee Scott and his wife, Jennine; sister-in-law, Rosemary Scott; grandchildren, Jennifer Bordelon, Jackie Bordelon, Calli East, Shawn Geraci, Vasili Baltas and numerous young men and women he took under his wing thru the years. The family wishes to thank Doctors Hebert, Miles and Khimenko and the Singing River Hospital nursing and ICU staff for their kindness and care. A Graveside Service will be Monday, March 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Biloxi National Cemetery. Friends may visit at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
