Delane Patterson Demoruelle

Mrs. Delane Demoruelle, 78, of Biloxi, Mississippi passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 in Biloxi.

Mrs. Demoruelle was born in Moulton, Alabama and was a lifelong resident of the coast. She worked for Dr. Adkins for eighteen years. Mrs. Demoruelle was very involved in her children’s activities and her claim to fame was that all four of her children attended and graduated college.

She was preceded in death by her parents, A.H. “Lank” and Kathleen Patterson; and her sister, Susie Patterson.

Mrs. Demoruelle’s survivors include her husband and the love of her life, Butch Demoruelle; her daughters, Denise Brown and her husband Scott Brown and Dr. Janine Fox and her husband Dr. Jim Fox; her sons, Dack Demoruelle and his wife Lisa and Dirk Demoruelle; her grandchildren, Trae Brown and his wife Sam, Taylor Brown, Teddi Flessner and husband Avery and Brooke Byrd; her great-grandchildren, Layla Brown, Austin Brown, Theo Flessner, Cora Byrd and Isla Byrd; and her brother, Randall Patterson and his wife Vickie.

A special thanks to our angel on earth, Adrienne Robinson, for allowing us to keep Mom at home and comfortable for the past year and to Jasmine Anderson, Tenneil Mingo and Cathy Gomez for the special care given to our Mom.

Funeral Services will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
