Delores Romero

Mrs. Delores N. Romero, 73, of D'Iberville, MS, died Sunday, November 25, 2007, in Biloxi. Mrs. Romero was born in Kiln, MS and had been a longtime resident of the coast. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a former member of Le Petite Club. Mrs. Romero was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas J. Romero. Survivors include her daughters, Kay Broussard and her husband, Wesley, of Biloxi, Jackie Blair and her husband, John, of Vancleave, and Leah Hall and her husband, Willie, of Saucier; a son, Robert Romero and his wife, Sheri, of D'Iberville; brother, Leo Necaise of D'Iberville; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 12 noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where friends may visit from 10 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rebuilding Fund, 10446 Lemoyne Blvd., D'Iberville, MS 39540. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., in Biloxi is charge of arrangements.
