Denise Ann Hazel Holt

Denise Hazel Holt, 45, of Perkinston, MS died Saturday, September 17, 2011 in Lucedale. Denise was an native and life long resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a former employee of Bombay Bicycle Club as a bartender for over 20 years. She was employed at the Beau Rivage Casino. She was a 1984 graduate of St. Martin High School and attended Perkinston Jr. College where she was a Perkette. She loved to fish, cook and take care of her family. She is survived by her husband, George A. Holt and three loving children, Lindsey, Taylor, and Ethan; her mother, Velva L Hazel; a sister, Leann Canaan; two brothers, Kenny and Alan Hazel; nieces, Jessica Canaan Dent, Amanda Canaan, Kayla Hazel; great nephew, Graham Dent; grandmother, Evelyn Jones and in laws, J.C. and Rosalind Holt, and many other friends and relatives. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at D'Iberville Memorial Park.
