Dennis Deford Waltman, Sr.

Dennis D. Waltman, Sr., 68, of Gautier, died Thursday May 25, 2006. Mr. Waltman was a lifelong resident of the coast and a truck driver most of his life, most recently driving for Concrete Products. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Annie Belle Waltman, and one brother, Brad Waltman. He is survived by his wife, Mickie M. Waltman, six daughters; Karen (Ricky) Carter, Rosa (Booger) Nelson, Stacy (Henry) Denton, Lori (Ralph) McNeil, Misty (Michael) Stewart, and Naomi (Christopher) Roundtree, two sons; Dennis D. (Sandra) Waltman Jr. and William S. Waltman, one sister; Bernice Dobson, two brothers; Frank "Shirley" Waltman Jr. and wife Geneva, and Frederick Waltman. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, May 27, 2006 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe. Friends and family may begin gathering at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at Jackson County Memorial Park Cemetery.
