Dianne Rushing

Dianne Rushing, 69, of Woolmarket, MS peacefully passed surrounded by her family on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Dianne was born in Hattiesburg, MS and has been a resident of Woolmarket for the past 26 years. She was a retired school teacher and an avid participant in hunting and fishing and an overall sports enthusiast. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket and found much comfort, peace, and strength in her faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jason and Zora Lee; son, Jim G. Norris III; and sister, Bettye Lee Bright. She is survived by her husband, Charles H Rushing; her daughters, Kelly C. Norris, Lisa Morgan (Chris), Rhonda Klchosky (Clayton); five grandchildren, Shelby Norris, Heather, Hollie, and Aaron Morgan, and Morgan Klchosky; her namesake, Kimberly Dianne Parthemore (Adam); and many other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket at 1:30 p.m., where friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers Dianne requested donations to be made to St. Mary's-St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Mary's Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Road, Biloxi, MS 39532. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
