Dona Lucille Agnelly

Dona Lucille Prudhomme Agnelly, age 86, of Ocean Springs, MS passed into peace surrounded by family on December 29, 2016. Mrs. Agnelly was the daughter of Gilbert and Vivian Prudhomme of Opelousas LA. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Mr. Bruce Agnelly (2008) and 5 sisters. Mrs Agnelly has fought a valiant battle with dementia and was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. "Ms Dona" as she is known by many leaves behind a loving family of children, grand children, and great-grand children, and a plethora of nieces and nephews. She was active in the Order of the Eastern Star, the Joppa Shrine Ladies Auxiliary, and the Daughters of the Nile. Survivors include her children, Paul Agnelly (Trudy), Susan Agnelly, Gino Agnelly (Marlene) and Joan Schuette. She is grandmother to Kurt Agnelly (Carrie), Angele Beam (Colt) and Elijah Schuette and great-grandmother to Anna Agnelly, Liam Beam, and Caden Beam. Visitation will be on Monday, January 2, from 12pm until 2pm, with a Celebration of her life at 2pm, all at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, MS. Interment will be held immediately afterward at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs.
