Donald Kevin Elmore

Donald Kevin Elmore, age 61 of Biloxi passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016. Kevin was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast and an owner of Luckies Furniture. He graduated from Biloxi High School. He loved to be active, always helping others and never wanting thanks. He had many talents and never saw a problem he couldn't solve. He was a loving husband and father, devoted to all of his family and friends. Mr. Elmore is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Helen Elmore; and sister, Deborah Elmore Nix. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Rhoden Elmore; daughter, Tara Elmore; brother, Steven (Vicki) Elmore; sister, Susan (Steve) Shireman; brother-in-law, Billy (Jo) Nix; and many loved nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to be made to the Humane Society of South MS at 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501 or the Pink Hearts Fund at pinkheartfunds.org Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may visit from 10-11 am. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
