Donald Ray Fleming, age 80, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024.

Don was born in Pike County, Kentucky. He was a resident of St. Martin, Mississippi since 1979.  Don loved this country, and he served in the U.S. Army, before attending college, and getting his Electrical degree. He was a die-hard patriot, and made it known to everyone within earshot. Don believed in the constitution, and despised “big government”. Even as he grew older, he was still willing to take up arms and defend this country, on any given day, should the need arise.

After Don retired from Mississippi Power Company, he spent his time enjoying games on his computer, researching healthy recipes for himself, the love of his life, Margaret Fleming, and their cherished pets. He left this earth sooner than expected, and he will be greatly missed, until that big reunion in the sky.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Minerva Armanda Stewart Holbrook & Arthur Fleming; siblings, Oliver White, Bobby White, Ezella White, Billie White, Dennie Fleming, Pete Fleming, Darlene Fleming, and Roger Dale Holbrook.

Don is survived by his beautiful wife, Margaret Fleming; children, Ron Fleming (Pam), Rhonda Villers (Dennis), Pete Fleming (Joel), Brian Fleming, Cathy Galle (Laurence), Donna Fleming and Valerie Aricer; grandchildren, Matt Caouette, Brittany Villers (Nick), Maddie Whitfield (Mick), Jonathan Galle, Garrett Villers, Connor Galle; one great grandchild, Marlee Kay Whitfield; his siblings, Joe Fleming and Shari Ann Holbrook; and by his fur babies, Rusty, Prince, and Holly.
