Donald L. Brossett, Sr.

Mr. Donald L. Brossett, Sr., 72, of N. Biloxi, MS, died Friday, June 29, 2007, in N. Biloxi. Mr. Brossett was born in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the coast. He was formerly employed with Harrison County. Mr. Brossett was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Jones Brossett; parents, Edward and Gracie Mallett Brossett; sisters, Lois H. Wilson, Alberta Furney, Lorraine Bell and Hazel Hebert, and his brothers, William E., Albert and Jessie Brossett. Survivors include his daughters, Rita M. Shields, Barbara A. Zollicoffer and Sally E. Brossett, all of N. Biloxi; sons, Donald L. Brossett, Jr. of Long Beach, Patrick A. Brossett of Vancleave, and Charles E. Brossett of Woolmarket; twenty grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2007, at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in D'Iberville Memorial Park.
