Donald Lee Davis, Sr.

Donald Lee Davis, Sr., 80, of Biloxi, MS, died suddenly Wednesday, March 3, 2011. Mr. Davis was a resident of Biloxi for the past 54 years. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired after 42 years as a civilian employee at Keesler Air Force Base. Don was PER of Biloxi Elks Lodge #606 and a member of the V.F.W. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his mother and father, Margaret and Stephen Davis of Belleville, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, of 56 years, Carol Davis and son, Donald, Jr. of Biloxi; daughter, Deanne Bruno and her husband, Jeff, of Ocean Springs; granddaughter, Lyndsey Bruno of Ocean Springs; and sister, Sally Berkel and her husband, Rich, of Belleville, IL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery with Elks Honors.
