Donnie R. Bragg

Mr. Donnie Royce Bragg, age 63, of Vancleave, MS., died Monday, November 14, 2005, in Pascagoula. Mr. Bragg was born on April 28, 1942, in Kossuth, MS., and had been a coast resident for thirty four years. He was retired at the time of his death, but had been a thirty year employee of Bright Homes. He enjoyed keeping his grandkids after school, good westerns, and good Southern cooking. Mr. Bragg was preceded in death by his parents, J.L. and Edith Bragg, of Rienzi, MS., and one brother, Ray Bragg of Gautier. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Martha J. Bragg, son, Barry K. Bragg, both of Vancleave, three daughters, Patricia LaGue and husband, Dave, of Helena, MS., Kimberly Bragg, Terrie Gill and husband, Matthew, all of Vancleave, grandchildren, Shelby Bragg, Ryan Gill, Matison Gill and Hunter Bragg, all of Vancleave, brother, Braxton (Brenda) Bragg of Kossuth, MS., sisters, Barbara (Danny) Galyean of Huntsville, and Sue (Danny) Meeks of Rienzi, MS, sister-in-law, Sarah Bragg of Gautier, and a host of nieces and nephews. Special family friends are Tammy Wood of Woolmarket, Suzi Taylor and Rusty Gibbs, both of Vancleave. A special thanks to the SICU nurses at both Ocean Springs Hospital and Singing River Hospital. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 17, 2005, from 10 AM - 12 Noon, with a 12 Noon chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Vancleave #1 Cemetery.
