Dorothy Mae Hemphill

Dorothy Mae Hemphill, age 65, of Gulfport passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 in Gulfport. “Dottie” was a nurse for many years. She loved her profession and mentoring her co-workers and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Levi Livingston; a child Tracy Beauchamp; and a brother, Clyde Livingston. She is survived by her children, Teri Beauchamp and Tim Beauchamp; her mother, Betty VanVerth; siblings, Debora Garoutte and Patsy Kusch; grandchildren, Jonathon Kaumans, Mason Kaumans, Alexandria Baker, Lindsey Beauchamp, Darrian Beauchamp, Katie Beauchamp, Brittnei Beauchamp; and many great grandchildren. There are no local services planned. The family will place her ashes in the Ozarks. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
