Dorothy Lee Pardee

Dorothy Lee White Brashear Pardee was born May 27, 1928, and died June 9, 2010 in Gulfport She was a native and life long resident of Biloxi. She was preceded in death by her mother Hilda White Nixon; grandparents O.T. White and Nora Austin; sons, John Brashear, David Pardee; and daughter Heidi Pardee She is survived by brother John Austin Switzer, daughter Linda Brashear Thomas, two sons Donald and Gene Pardee, and many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Dorothy was employed at White’s Hardware Store, TG&Y and S & H. Kress before finishing nursing school. Dorothy worked as a nurse for Biloxi Regional Hospital until her retirement Per Dorothy’s wishes her body has been donated to scientific research, her remains will be buried with her children at a later date.
