Douglas Kurt Tootle

Douglas K. Tootle, age 54, of Ocean Springs, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2008 in Mobile, AL. He was a life-long member of the Gulf Coast community. He was an avid golfer, a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Tootle was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Ella Nora Tootle; Step-father, George Ackerson and his brother, Wayne Patrick Tootle. Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Deborah LeBlanc Tootle; his daughter, Merry Tootle Ramos and her husband, Abel; brother, Brigham Rex Tootle; grandson, Antonio Ramos and grand daughter, Maria Ramos all of Ocean Springs, MS, along with many aunt's, cousins, nieces and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2008 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2008 in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to, St. Vincent DePaul, St. Alphonsus Endowment Fund and The Lord is My Help.
