Dr. Murray Kellar

Dr. Murray Kellar, 61, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at his home from pancreatic cancer. Murray was a retired USAF LTC hospital dentist and currently served as Director of Dental Services at the VA Hospital in Biloxi. Murray will be remembered for his amazing dedication to family, friends, coworkers, and patients. His extraordinary gift of humor touched everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Dolly; sons Joshua Kellar and wife Janice, and Keith Kellar; daughters Kelly Clemons, Lacy Fowler and husband Ashley, Tina Mauterer and fiancé Rick Noonan, Kellie Mauterer and fiancé Jeremy Hall, and Kayla Ladner. He is also survived by his mother Bettye Kellar, brother Arnold Kellar and wife Linda, nephews Nicholas Kellar and wife Julie, Travis Kellar, niece Jamie Kellar, and grandchildren Erik Kellar and Thomas Cucazella; also numerous close friends and coworkers. Services to be held on Wednesday March 18 at the Chapel Building 1 at the VA Hospital in Biloxi from 12 to 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Murray’s name to the American Cancer Society. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
