Dymphna Seymour Schmidt

Ms. Dymphna Seymour Schmidt, age 52, of Ocean Springs, MS died Monday, October 28, 2013, in Ocean Springs. Ms. Schmidt was a native and lifelong resident of the coast. She was a member of Latimer Assembly of God Church and a former Home Health Care worker. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Seymour and grandmother, Lillian Seymour. Survivors include a daughter, Summer Chi-Anne Seymour (Damion) Lewis, two sons, Jeremy (Rose Marie) Schmidt and Joshua (Tiffany) Schmidt, her mother, Sylvianna (Jim) Threadgill, sister, Marsha (Joe) Morvant and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, November 1, 2013, from 11 am ~12 noon, with a 12 noon chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bosarge Cemetery, St. Martin. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the family to help with incurred funeral expenses.
