Edna Adolphson

Miss Edna Mae Adolphson, age 87, of Biloxi, MS. died Wednesday, February 8, 2006, in Ocean Springs, MS. Miss Adolphson was a lifelong resident of the community and worked for Kimbrough-Quint drug store in Biloxi for many years. She enjoyed Mardi Gras, sightseeing on weekends, taking her grand nephews to amusement parks, and conversing with her many friends on the telephone. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Adeline Adolphson and three brothers, Edward Adolphson, Albert Adolphson, and James Adolphson. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Avis Adolphson of Biloxi, MS., a niece, Faye (Ralph) Balius of Biloxi, MS., four grand nephews and a grand niece, and thirteen great-grand nephews and nieces. Visitation will be on Friday, February 10, 2006, from 9-11 AM, with an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial, all at Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral in Biloxi. Burial will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
