Edna Blanche Ross Carroll

Edna Blanche Ross Carroll, age 93, of Gulfport died Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Edna was born on June 20, 1925 in Jackson, MS. She worked as a Sales Clerk at J.C. Penny and Sales AAFES, Keesler A.F.B. She enjoyed gardening, crabbing, fishing and bingo in her spare time. She is preceded in death by her spouse, Samuel Joseph Carroll; parents, Edgar and Dollie M. Ross; children, Robert A. Carroll; and siblings, Robert A. Ross, Jessie Loren Ross, Margaret Ross Baker, Katherine Ross and Nellie Ross Mosner. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Boyington Nursing Home and St. Joseph Hospice. Services will be held on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
